Charlie Joseph

Charles Joseph serves as the Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Chief Legal Officer at GuideWell since January 2019, where responsibilities include leading the Corporate Affairs Group encompassing Board Governance, Business Assurance, Ethics and Compliance, Enterprise Communications, Legal Affairs, and Public Affairs and Community Engagement. Prior to this role, Charles held the position of Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs and General Counsel at the same company. Additionally, Charles has been with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida since July 1994, also serving as Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs and General Counsel. Charles holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hamilton College.
