Steve Jones is an experienced professional in the field of network and infrastructure management, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Infrastructure Service Delivery at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since October 2017. Prior to this role, Steve held positions as Sr. Infrastructure Delivery Analyst and Sr. Network Engineer at LegacyTexas Bank, where responsibilities included managing Network, Security, Voice, and Contact Center technologies. With a strong background at Health Care Service Corporation as Contact Management Center Strategy Manager and Network Consultant, as well as prior roles at CompuPros as an IT Consultant and the US Navy as IT2(SW) on USS Ross (DDG-71), Steve brings valuable expertise to the industry.
