Amber Mustard

Amber Mustard is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City since February 2020, Amber has previously held roles as IT DVP and IT Director within the same organization. Prior to this, Amber gained valuable expertise at Cerner Corporation from January 2005 to February 2020, where responsibilities included Manager and Technical Solution Owner as well as Manager, Software Architect. Amber holds a Bachelor of Computer Information Sciences from DeVry University, completed in 2005.
