Gregory Duty

Gregory Duty has been with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City since January 2006. Gregory has held various positions within the company, with their current role being Service Delivery Manager. Prior to this, Gregory served as Operations Manager Claims/Customer Service, Claims Supervisor II, Customer Service Supervisor II, Customer Service Supervisor I, and Central Operations Supervisor.
