Andrew Gutierrez

Andrew Gutierrez serves as the Regional Sales Manager for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas, overseeing new business sales and retention in the Wichita Regional Office and Independence District Office. With a track record of significant achievements in sales, including exceeding goals in health and dental products, Andrew previously held roles as a Group Sales Consultant and Agency Owner at Brightway Insurance, where responsibilities included managing agency growth and client relationships. Andrew has also contributed to community leadership through various roles, including a Council Member for the City of Topeka Police Department's Citizen's Advisory Council and as a founding member and chairperson of the Forge Your Future Initiative. A graduate of Washburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Andrew is recognized for expertise in sales, community engagement, and strategic leadership.
