Evelyn Baley

Evelyn Baley has extensive experience in the field of information technology, currently serving as Manager of Application Development at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas since March 2002, where roles have included Application Architect, Lead Developer, Senior System Administrator, and Senior Systems Analyst. Prior to this, Evelyn worked at the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services from 1993 to 2002 as Programming and Analysis Supervisor. Evelyn is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information Technology at Emporia State University, expected completion in October 2024, and also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Washburn University.
