Brian Butler

Brian Butler, CCP, GRP, has over two decades of experience in compensation and workforce analytics, currently serving as Senior Director of Compensation at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts since August 2009. Prior roles at the same organization included Director of Executive Compensation and Compensation Manager. Brian's earlier experience at BlueCross BlueShield of MA spanned various managerial positions in workforce analytics and corporate planning from 1999 to 2009. Additionally, Brian worked as a Senior Managed Care Analyst at Caritas Christi Health Care from 1997 to 1999. Brian holds a B.S. in Health Science with a focus on Public Health and Counseling Psychology from Ball State University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
