Joel Kirk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and marketing within various organizational contexts. Currently serving as Director of Talent Engagement at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts since April 2020, Joel Kirk leads branding and marketing initiatives focused on talent acquisition and enhances process improvements within the Workday TA workflow.
