Kristina Saunders

Kristina Saunders has a strong background in talent acquisition and program management. Kristina is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where they have been since 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at J. Jill from 2019 to 2021, where they focused on operational excellence and vendor relations.

Before joining J. Jill, Kristina worked as a Senior Program Manager at The Davis Companies from 2017 to 2019, where they were responsible for driving profitable growth, client relationships, and contract compliance.

Earlier in their career, Kristina held roles at Pontoon Solutions and Randstad Sourceright US, where they gained experience in supplier partnerships, program management, and vendor relations and compliance. Kristina also has experience in sales support and portfolio administration from their time at Randstad Professional and State Street, respectively.

Kristina Saunders attended Providence College from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management.
