Linda McLaughlin, SPHR has extensive work experience in human resources. Linda began their career at US Airways in 1989, where they served as an Employee Relations Representative, providing HR leadership and guidance to management. Linda then joined Procter & Gamble in 1998 as an HR Manager, where they played a key role in managing HR initiatives arising from mergers and acquisitions. In 2006, Linda joined Frito-Lay as an HR Manager, responsible for HR activities in the Northeast Region Sales division. Since 2012, they have been with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, starting as an HR Director and later progressing to the role of Senior Director, HRBP and HR Consulting. Currently, Linda holds the position of Vice President, HRBP and Talent & Organizational Development at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.
