Matthew Jolicoeur

Matthew Jolicoeur has over 15 years of experience in the insurance and financial industry. Matthew started their career at Fidelity Investments in 2004, where they held various roles including Sr. Manager of Quality & Training and later became the Director of Quality Analytics from 2007 to 2011. Matthew then moved on to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts in 2014, where they currently serve as the Director of Account Reporting & Analytics. Throughout their career, Matthew has focused on quality analytics and has demonstrated strong leadership skills in managing teams and driving strategic initiatives.

Matthew Jolicoeur attended Rhode Island College from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History.
