Stephanie Francl

Stephanie Francl is the senior director of association and government accounts at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska (BCBSNE). In her role, she oversees sales, renewals and retention for the association health plans line of business.

In her 15 years at BCBSNE, Francl has served in leadership roles in customer service and enrollment. Before coming to BCBSNE, she spent 15 years in corporate travel at American Express where she worked in various roles, including customer service, account management and call center management. She also spent four years at First Data Resources in customer operations as program manager.

Francl is active in community service and serves as a companion through a private company for visually impaired women.
