Brian Sneve

Brian Sneve has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Brian currently works as the Director of Healthcare Analytics at Blue Cross NC, where they lead teams in providing analytic products and assets to support Medicare, Medicaid, and the Federal Employee segments. Brian also collaborates with the executive team to deliver on growth and profitability targets and drives team and organization transformation.

Before their current role, Brian held positions at Blue Cross NC as the Leader of Government Segment Analytics and Principal Data Consultant. In these roles, they led teams in supporting enterprise initiatives, delivering value-based care innovation, and developing strategic roadmaps for data asset delivery.

Prior to joining Blue Cross NC, Brian worked at UnitedHealth Group, where they held roles as Associate Director, Sr. Healthcare Economics Consultant, and Healthcare Economics Consultant. Brian also has experience working as a Student Epidemiologist at the Minnesota Department of Health, Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota, and Research Intern at the Association for Nonsmokers-MN.

Brian Sneve has a strong background in healthcare analytics and has contributed significantly to various organizations through their expertise in data analysis and strategy development.

Brian Sneve has a diverse education history. Brian began by obtaining their high school diploma from Lincoln High School in the years 2000 to 2004. Brian then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, completing it from 2004 to 2008.

Continuing their education, Brian Sneve attended the University of Minnesota School of Public Health, where they obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a focus on Administration and Policy. This program lasted from 2009 to 2011.

Most recently, Brian Sneve has been attending the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where they are currently working towards a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) degree in Executive Health Leadership. This program started in 2020 and is expected to be completed in 2023.

In addition to their formal degree programs, Brian Sneve has also obtained multiple certifications. Through LinkedIn, they have completed certifications in various subjects including Creating a Culture of Change, Leading Culture Change in Your Team, Change Management for Projects, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Unconscious Bias, Creating a Leadership Development Program, Inspirational Leadership Skills: Practical Motivational Leadership, Leading Strategically, and Financial Forecasting with Big Data. These certifications were obtained between 2021 and 2022.
