Damon Siler

Damon Siler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare program management and actuarial analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager in Governance and Performance Management and a Senior Strategic Advisor at Blue Cross NC since September 2019, Damon leverages a strong background in health insurance financial analytics gained during tenure as a Health Insurance Financial Analyst for the DC Government from December 2014 to September 2019. Previous roles include Operations Analyst at Compliance Implementation Services, Actuarial Consultant and Senior Actuarial Analyst at North Carolina Mutual Life Insurance Company, and Health Actuary at the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. Damon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Howard University, obtained between 1996 and 2000.
