Melissa Creamer

Melissa Creamer has extensive work experience in marketing and operations. Melissa has held various roles at Blue Cross NC, starting as a Market Business Consultant in 2012 and progressing to Director-level positions, including Director of Division Operations. At Blue Cross NC, they have also served as the Director of Client Services & Marketing Operations and Director of Marketing. Before joining Blue Cross NC, Melissa worked at SHPS/Carewise Health as the Director of Health Communications, where they were responsible for overseeing a creative team and managing client-specific marketing projects. Melissa has also worked at Landacorp, Inc. as the Director of Content & Creative Services.

Melissa Creamer earned their Master of Education degree in Adult Learning/Training & Development from North Carolina State University, which they attended from 1998 to 2000.
