Steve Fernandes

Steve Fernandes has extensive experience in the IT field, with a career spanning over two decades. At Blue Cross NC since December 2007, Steve has held various managerial roles including Manager of IT Solution Delivery and Manager of Agile and DevOps Enablement, as well as serving as an Enterprise Application Systems Analyst. Prior experience includes positions at Carnival Cruise Lines, where Steve operated as a Supervisor and Siebel Technical Architect, and consulting roles at Wright Express and ePairs, Inc. Steve began the career in software engineering at Patni Computer Services and has also worked as a consultant at GE Financial Assurance. Steve holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from the University of Mumbai and completed HSC in Electronics at Rishi Dayaram National College.
