Matthew Dalton

Matthew Dalton has a strong background in healthcare financial analysis. Matthew started their career at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in 2012 as a Financial Analyst, specializing in Decision Support and Financial Planning. In 2013, they joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont as a Healthcare Financial Analyst. Matthew quickly advanced to a Senior Healthcare Financial Analyst role in 2016. In 2017, they took on the position of Program Director, Client Consultative Analytics at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont.

Matthew Dalton completed a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Biology from St. Lawrence University, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. Matthew then pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the Boston University School of Public Health, studying from 2011 to 2013. After a gap, from 2015 to 2017, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from Norwich University. In 2019 to 2020, Matthew furthered their education at the Vermont Leadership Institute - Snelling Center for Government, specializing in Community Leadership.
