Shana Whitehead

Shana Whitehead is currently the Executive Director of Technology Administration at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, where Shana implements strategic improvements in the technology organization. Previously, Shana was the Chief of Staff, IT Services at the University of Chicago and the Chief of Business Systems at The Illinois Tollway. Shana also has experience as a Manager at Deloitte, Senior Policy Advisor at the New York City Mayor's Office of Operations, and in various internship roles focused on program evaluation and public health initiatives. Shana holds a MPP in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a BA from Wellesley College.
