Yusuf Cason

Yusuf Cason is a technology specialist at LINQ, where responsibilities include utilizing remote mobile management tools and implementing kit devices to update phones, as well as documenting activities using Salesforce. Prior to this role, Yusuf completed training at NPower, gaining hands-on experience in IT concepts and operating systems. Yusuf also served as a program manager at The Y (YMCA), creating programs for high school students, and worked as a case manager at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Additionally, Yusuf has experience as a fulfillment associate at Amazon, where collaboration with teams enhanced operational problem-solving. Yusuf holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Bowie State University.
