Jen Olson

Jen Olson is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and proposal analysis. Currently serving as the Benefit Book Administration Manager and previously as a Sr. RFP Specialist at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona since October 2009, Jen has developed expertise in managing complex projects and responding to RFPs. Prior experience includes working as a Development Project Manager at The P.B. Bell Companies, where Jen oversaw cross-functional teams to deliver multi-million dollar developments. Earlier roles at CVS Caremark involved drafting proposals for various market segments, contributing to client retention and business growth. Jen holds a BSBA in Marketing and Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.
