Laci Norman

Laci Norman possesses extensive experience in pharmacy benefit management, having worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona since January 2015, progressing from Gov't Rx Programs Coordinator to Manager of Gov’t Rx Programs, where responsibilities include managing Medicare pharmacy benefits for Medicare Advantage and Part D plans. Prior to this role, Laci served in various capacities at Cigna from April 2006 to January 2015, focusing on pharmacy administration as a Pharmacy Technician, and began a pharmacy career at Fry's Food and Drug from May 1999 to August 2004 as a Pharmacy Technician. Laci holds a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Ottawa University, earned between 2006 and 2010, and a High School Diploma from Barry Goldwater High School, completed in 1998.
