Ross Arnold

Ross Arnold is an experienced leader in analytics and data science, currently serving as the Director of Analytics and Data Science at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona since May 2013. Arnold has a comprehensive background in IT management consulting, particularly within the healthcare sector, having previously held senior management roles at Jimenez Consulting Solutions, LLC and worked as a consultant for organizations such as Dignity Health and Sisters of Mercy Health System. With a focus on business intelligence, data warehousing, and operational excellence, Arnold has successfully led diverse teams and projects throughout a career that began in consulting with Daugherty Business Solutions in 1995. Arnold holds an MBA in Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Illinois Wesleyan University.
