Shuai Yu

Shuai Yu, ASA, MPH, is an experienced actuary currently working at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan since February 2021, with roles including Actuary focused on VBC/Alternative Payment Models, Actuary Manager for Part D Pricing, and various senior actuarial analyst positions. Prior to this, Shuai held the position of Actuarial Manager for Medicare Advantage FP&A at ChenMed and was part of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan from June 2016 to June 2020 in senior actuarial and analyst roles. Earlier experience includes positions as Product Engineer and Team Lead, International Sales Manager, and Supply Chain Management Staff at LEAPERS, INC., as well as an internship at the World Health Organization. Shuai holds a Master of Public Health in Environmental Health Sciences from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's Degree in Biosciences from the University of Science and Technology of China.
