Alli Kahle has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications. Alli most recently worked as a Principal Marketing Strategist at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Paid Social at The Social Lights, where they led a team in developing paid social strategies and building relationships with media vendors. Alli also worked at UnitedHealthcare as an Associate Director of Digital Communications and a Manager of Social Media Strategy, overseeing corporate communications, managing vendor relationships, and developing digital content strategies. Earlier in their career, Alli held positions at The Social Lights as a Senior Social Media Strategist and Account Manager. Alli also gained experience in customer service and training as a server at Old World Pizza. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Team Member at Jungle Red Salon Spa & Gallery and as a Promotional Marketing Intern at Finnegan's Irish Amber, where they developed marketing plans and conducted samplings to promote the brand.
Alli Kahle completed their primary education at Cretin-Derham Hall from 2004 to 2008. Alli then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota, graduating in 2012. In July 2021, they obtained a certification in LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Fundamentals from LinkedIn.
