Audrey Hansen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality improvement and program management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager for Quality Improvement at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota since September 2022, Audrey also works as an Independent Consultant for Norwex USA. Previous roles include serving as a Quality Improvement Consultant at Stratis Health, where consultation was provided on the MN Opioid Prescribing Improvement Program, and as Team Director at the Institute for Clinical Systems Improvement, focusing on mental health access and opioid crisis initiatives in Minnesota.
