Dylan Nelson, MSPM has extensive experience in project management and process improvement in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as a Senior Continuous Improvement Consultant at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Dylan previously held positions such as Project Implementation Manager at Secure Transfusion Solutions and Blood Center Laboratory Supervisor at another organization. With a background in Medical Laboratory Science and a Master's degree in Project Management, Dylan has successfully overseen manufacturing and distribution processes, implemented quality control procedures, and led process improvement projects to enhance workflow efficiency.
