Lori Freit-Hammes

Lori Freit-Hammes, MPH, has extensive experience in health management and well-being initiatives, currently serving as Principal Account Manager and Senior Program Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. Previously, Lori held several key positions at Mayo Clinic Health System, including Corporate Well-Being Consultant & Relationship Manager, Employee Well-Being Director, and Population & Community Health Advisor. Additionally, Lori was the Campus Wellness & Recreation Manager at Western Technical College. Lori earned a Master of Public Health with a focus on Community Health from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
