Heather Supinski

Heather Supinski, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island since May 2022. Previously, Heather held various positions at Acushnet Company, including Senior Associate Human Resources Advisor and Human Resources Coordinator, from November 2018 to May 2022. Throughout a career that began in 2003 at CVS Caremark Corporation, Heather has also worked as a Veterans Claims Advocate Team Lead and Family Service Care Coordinator, demonstrating a strong background in human resources and advocacy roles. Heather holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from Bryant University and dual degrees—a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Dependency and Addiction Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology—from Rhode Island College.
