Melissa Phillips

Melissa Phillips is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client operations and support services. Currently serving as a Client Operations Intern at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island since July 2014, Melissa specializes in quality assurance processes, data extraction and reporting, meeting coordination, and employee engagement activities. In addition, Melissa has been an On Call-Direct Support Staff member at the John E. Fogarty Center since October 2012, providing essential daily assistance to disabled elderly individuals. Earlier roles include positions in the Warehouse Department and Housing and Residential Life at the University of Rhode Island, as well as facilitating health education workshops through Youth In Action RI. Melissa holds a High School Diploma from Times Squared Academy and furthered education at Year Up Providence/CCRI.
