Stephen Kern

Stephen Kern is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and technical recruitment across various organizations. Currently serving as a Sr. Recruiter at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island since February 2023, Stephen previously held key roles at Sensata Technologies as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, and at various staffing firms including New England Staffing Partners, AVID Technical Resources, and Robert Half Technology. Additionally, Stephen spent over a decade contributing to the Swansea Boys Youth Basketball League as President, promoting sportsmanship and competition among youth. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and completed high school education at BMC Durfee High School.
