Tracy McPhillips

Tracy McPhillips has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Tracy started their career at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island in 2001, where they held various roles. Tracy served as the Director of Data Warehousing, where they were responsible for managing the data warehouse and ensuring data quality. Tracy also played a key role in implementing the Enterprise Data Repository (EDR) and developing the data stores. Additionally, Tracy served as a Team Manager/Application Support, providing support to the Applications Development Department. In 2003, they joined Perot Systems as a Systems Integration Manager. In this role, they managed the implementation of a new claims processing system and successfully oversaw the implementation of an Operational Data Store (ODS) for BCBSRI. Throughout their career, Tracy has demonstrated expertise in data management and business intelligence.

Tracy McPhillips attended the University of Rhode Island from 1979 to 1983. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Applied Mathematics.
