Bobby McCuan started their work experience in 2009 as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Holdings. In 2010, they joined Blue Diamond Almonds Global Ingredients as a Quality Assurance Coordinator, where they provided support to customers and maintained partnerships with industrial customers. Bobby then worked as an International Account Representative, where they were responsible for administering sales contracts and shipments for international accounts. In 2014, Bobby became a Tier 1 Account Representative, focusing on USA-based accounts and utilizing their expertise in Quality Assurance. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Product Marketing Manager, ensuring product specifications were up to date. In 2019, they were promoted to Sales Manager and later became a Sales Director, responsible for contract negotiations, business development, and strengthening customer partnerships. Their role also involved fostering innovative growth using almond ingredients.

Bobby McCuan has a diverse educational background. In 2004, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational Communication, General from California State University, Chico. Bobby attended the university until 2009, completing their undergraduate studies.

In 2020, Bobby enrolled in INC Academia and pursued an Executive Program on Nuts and Dried Fruits. Although the exact duration of the program is not specified, it can be inferred that they completed it within the same year.
