Steve S.

Steve S. has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Steve began their career in 1993 as a Boatswains Mate Third Class in the U.S. Coast Guard. Steve then transitioned into the private sector, working as a Distribution Operations Manager for Otis Spunkmeyer from 2000 to 2003. Steve then joined Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream and held various roles, including Food Service Logistics Manager and Distribution Center Manager.

In 2007, Steve joined Nestlé USA as a Regional Operations Manager before becoming the National Supply Chain Manager from 2008 to 2012. Steve then joined Jelly Belly Candy Company as a Senior Operations Manager for a year. Steve then joined Plum Inc. as the Director of Operations for a year before taking on the role of Director of Supply Chain at Harmless Harvest from 2014 to 2016.

Following that, Steve joined Torani (R. Torre & Co.) as the Senior Director of Supply Chain from 2016 to 2019. Steve then joined Blue Diamond Growers as the Vice President of Global Supply Chain in 2019. Most recently, Steve became an advisor at Firstshift.ai in 2023.

Steve S. completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Phoenix between 2007 and 2012. Steve then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Logistics, Transportation, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Washington, which they completed between 2013 and 2015.
