Pedro Colín Colín

Pedro Colín Colín has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources within the hospitality industry. Since January 2021, Pedro has served in multiple leadership roles at Blue Diamond Hotel & Resorts, including Jefe de personal at Royalton Splash Riviera Cancun and Gerente de Adquisición de Talento for both Royalton Splash Cancún and Planet Hollywood Cancún. Prior to this, Pedro was with Grupo Vidanta from November 2012 to March 2020, where roles included Coordinador de Reclutamiento, overseeing recruitment for multiple hotels and a water park, and Auxiliar de Recursos Humanos, focusing on employee development and organizational climate. Pedro holds a degree in Tourism and Administration of Tourism Enterprises from Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México, completed in 2011.
