Remco has managed product content and strategy, coordinated with tax authorities, and focused on channel partnerships and new business opportunities for the European HQ of Blue dot.

Prior to their time at Blue dot, Remco worked at Taxalytics, where they were a Product Developer & VAT Consultant. Remco developed software for the VAT/GST market and provided VAT consultation services to multinational organizations.

Remco has also been involved in professional organizations. Remco was a member of the Indirect Tax Educational Committee and co-chair of the Lake Geneva Indirect Tax Roundtable at Tax Executives Institute. Remco contributed to advocacy work, organized events, and connected with tax peers.

Additionally, Remco has worked as an EMEA VAT Manager at PPG Industries, a guest lecturer at Masaryk University, and a tax advisor at Baker & McKenzie. Remco has expertise in areas such as international supply-chain optimization, mergers & acquisitions, and financial services.

Remco also founded and successfully sold a company called E-Drivers B.V., which specialized in the intermediation of staff for law firms.
