Lorato Olefile Malebye

Lorato Olefile Malebye is an experienced branch manager currently working at Caftan Micro Finance since September 2017 and at Blue Financial Services since September 2010. In these roles, Lorato has successfully met monthly sales targets by driving staff performance and developing sales strategies tailored to customer needs. Additionally, Lorato served as a portfolio manager at Lobatse from May 2010 to July 2012. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Accounting and Business Studies from the University of Botswana (2016-2020) and an Advanced Diploma in Accounting from Randburg PC Business College and the University of Botswana (2016-2019).
