Kate Crumley

Kate Crumley is a seasoned veterinary professional with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from North Carolina State University and a Master's Degree in Biochemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Since June 2018, Kate has held multiple leadership roles at Blue Heron Consulting, focusing on coaching veterinary practices to enhance financial performance and quality of care. Simultaneously, Kate has been actively involved with the American Animal Hospital Association since 2008, serving in various capacities, including Immediate Past President and Director, contributing to leadership development within the organization. Prior experience includes ownership of Heartwood Animal Hospital from January 2000 to August 2019, culminating in a successful practice sale.
