Nicole Yost

Nicole Yost is an accomplished leader in communications and corporate affairs, currently serving as the interim Director of Communications and Corporate Affairs at the British Heart Foundation since September 2024. As the Founder and CEO of Spotted Tiger Coaching and Consulting since January 2023, Nicole specializes in strategic communications and leadership coaching, drawing on 25 years of experience in senior roles with leading global communications agencies such as Havas, Ogilvy, Burson, and Porter Novelli. Previous positions include Global Communications at UCB, CEO at HAVAS Just::, and Managing Director at BCW Global, showcasing expertise in healthcare communications and corporate strategy. Nicole holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and several qualifications in coaching and behavioral change from Henley Business School, as well as a BMedSc in Medical Sciences from the University of Birmingham.
