Marco del Castillo

Marco Del Castillo is a Cloud Success Specialist at Blue Mantis since March 2023 and has extensive experience in technical account management and support. Previously employed at iVenture Solutions from May 2017 to February 2023, Marco served as a Technical Account Manager, where responsibilities included sharing technology best practices, managing client relationships, and overseeing hardware and software procurement and renewal processes. Earlier roles also included Senior Help Desk Technician and Help Desk Technician, where Marco provided technical support and training to users and IT staff. Marco holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of North Florida, completed in 2017.
