Blaise Strande-Plate

Blaise Strande-Plate is an experienced professional in greenhouse production with a focus on microgreens seeding, harvesting, and production at Blue Moon Acres since September 2018. In addition to current responsibilities at Blue Moon Acres, Blaise has served as a Guest Services Associate at the Morean Arts Center since February 2018 and previously held managerial duties at Piebythepound from June to December 2017. Initial experience includes a Horticulture Internship with Central Park Conservancy and a role as a Mail Room Attendee at Eckerd College Mail Services. Additionally, Blaise gained experience as a Canvasser for Environment New York in the summer of 2013. Blaise holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Eckerd College, completed in 2017.
