Paul Roy Barli

Paul Roy Barli is an experienced professional currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Total Expertise Ltd. in Abu Dhabi since 2006 and as Managing Partner and CFO at Blue Moon Pizza since January 2011. Previously, Paul held the position of Business Development Manager at EF Johnson from 1993 to 1999 and served as an Aviation Electronics Technician in the US Navy from December 1981 to December 1987.
