David H. Rode

David Hall Rode has a diverse work experience that spans across several companies in different industries. David Hall is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Blue Mountain, where they oversee the Global SaaS Leader in GMP Compliance for the Life Sciences industry.

Prior to their current role, David served as the Director of the Board of Directors at Lemontech, a leading SaaS provider of LegalTech solutions in Latin America. David Hall also held the position of Director of the Board of Directors at MatchNice, a Public Benefit Corporation focused on launching an impact-centric fundraising platform for nonprofits.

Before joining Lemontech and MatchNice, David was the CEO of NPact, formerly Fusion Labs, a B2B SaaS provider for nonprofit foundations that was acquired by Broadwest Partners.

David has also worked at Blackbaud as President and General Manager, where they were responsible for the growth of the Foundations & Corporate Social Responsibility businesses. David Hall led and oversaw the acquisition of Your Cause, a $157M acquisition that was integrated into the company.

Additionally, David has served on the Board of Directors at ContractRoom, a LegalTech B2B SaaS platform that was acquired by Mitratech. David Hall was also the President and COO of PeopleMetrics, an AI-driven B2B SaaS platform focused on Customer Experience and NPS programs.

Earlier in their career, David was the CEO of Xtium, a portfolio company of Openview Partners that provided cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service and Desktop-as-a-Service. Xtium was acquired by EvolveIP.

David's work experience also includes roles such as EVP of Global Sales at 1E, and EVP & General Manager, EMEA at Iptor Supply Chain Systems, a cloud-based ERP software provider for distributors and wholesalers. Iptor was acquired by Marlin Equity Partners.

David Hall Rode has a diverse education history. David Hall holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from The Wharton School. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree at Denison University, majoring in Economics and Fine Arts, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors. David also pursued Studio Arts at Pratt Institute through their SCPS program. Additionally, they participated in a Foreign Exchange Program at Warnborough College, focusing on International Business and Trade. David's education journey began with earning their High School Diploma from Bay High School.
