Jessica Reffner has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jessica started their career at Mineral Springs Custom Labels in 2006, where they worked as a Customer Service/Accounts Receivable Manager until 2011. Jessica then joined API Technologies Corp. as a Lead Customer Relationship Coordinator, a role they held until 2014. Jessica then transitioned to a Customer Service Manager position at API Technologies Corp. (formerly Spectrum Microwave) for a few months. In 2014, they joined Link Computer Corporation as a Customer Support Representative and later became a Training Specialist before leaving in 2019. Jessica then joined Muni-Link as a Training Specialist/Project Manager, a role they held for four years until 2019.
