Christina Pietrangelo

Christina Pietrangelo is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the food industry, currently employed at Blue North Strategies since 2023. Previously, Christina held the position of Research and Development Manager at Sol Cuisine from 2020 to 2023 and at The Hain Celestial Group from 2018 to 2020, overseeing new product development and renovation for multiple food brands. Christina's earlier roles include R&D Project Lead at Sol Cuisine, R&D Food Science Project Manager at Daiya Foods Inc, and Research and Product Development Technician at Gay Lea Foods Co-operative Limited, where a focus on product development and commercialization was paramount. Christina began their career as an English teacher in South Korea while also co-founding Fresh Earth Farm, further emphasizing a commitment to sustainable practices. Christina holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Guelph.
