Eric Morales

Eric Morales is an experienced avionics systems engineer with a strong background in avionics requirements, interface definitions, and software verification. Currently serving as the Avionics Lead Systems Engineer at Blue Origin since October 2021, Eric has a history of ensuring safety-critical software and operations. Between May 2016 and September 2021, Eric worked at Belcan as a Control System Engineer, focusing on commercial and military jet engine avionics software verification and flight compliance. Eric's early career includes positions such as VP of Engineering at SoundHealth, where project design and team management were key responsibilities, and Junior Electronics Engineer at Sentech EAS, involving RF system design and field installations. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University, where leadership roles included serving as President of the IEEE Student Branch.
