Danielle Kronenfeld

Danielle Kronenfeld has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Danielle is currently working as a Vice President, Human Capital Advisory at Blue Owl Capital since November 2022. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at BlackRock, including Vice President, Alternatives Client Platform, where they worked from January 2017 to November 2022. Additionally, they worked as a Campus Recruiter at BlackRock from September 2017 to January 2021. Before joining BlackRock, Danielle worked at Morgan Stanley as a Human Resources Analyst in various capacities, including Sales & Trading Junior Generalist and Campus and Diversity Relationship Manager. Danielle also gained internship experience at Lacoste, DiGa Vision, and Chambers of U.S. District Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein.

Danielle Kronenfeld attended The Spence School from 2003 to 2011, where they obtained their high school diploma. Danielle then enrolled in The George Washington University from 2011 to 2012, pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Arts and Sciences. Subsequently, from 2012 to 2015, Danielle studied at Cornell University and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial and Labor Relations.
