Mark van Kempen

Mark van Kempen has extensive experience in business development across various sectors, currently serving at Blue Phoenix Group since 2009, focusing on the recycling of Municipal Solid Waste Incinerator Bottom Ash. Prior to this role, Mark held multiple significant positions at Heidelbergcement from 1999 to 2009, including Business Development Project Director and COO for both China South and Bangladesh. Mark's earlier career includes a position as European Marketing Manager at Hunter Douglas and General Manager of Security Sales at CRH. Mark holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Antwerp and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Avans University of Applied Sciences, along with additional studies at London Business School and in Concrete Technology.
