Nitin started their career as a Jr. Accountant at Brainpower software pvt ltd.

Nitin Bhujbal's education history includes completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Ahmednagar Jilha Maratha Vidya Prasarak Samaj's New Arts, Commerce & Science College in Ahmednagar from 2008 to 2010. Nitin then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a specialization in Finance and Financial Management Services at the Institute of Management Studies (IMS) Ahmednagar- Business School from 2009 to 2011. Later on, they attended IMS collage Ahmednagar from 2012 to 2013 to receive another PGDBM, this time in Accounting and Finance.
