Russ Palmer

Russ Palmer has extensive work experience in various industries. Russ is currently the Director of Operations at Blue Raven Solar, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at PepsiCo from 2020 to 2022, holding the roles of Manager - Customer Revenue Management and Associate Manager - Asset Strategy Team. Russ also pursued a full-time Kellogg Student program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2018 to 2020. Before that, Russ served in the US Army from 2011 to 2018, where they held multiple leadership roles, including Military Officer, Company Commander, and Blackhawk Pilot. During their military career, they led numerous operations, events, missions, projects, and organizations, overseeing a total of 330+ individuals. Russ was deployed twice to combat in Afghanistan and was recognized as an Honor Graduate of the U.S. Army.

Russ Palmer has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Russ also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management with a focus on Finance from Brigham Young University. Additionally, Russ Palmer has obtained a FAA Commercial Rotary-Wing Pilot's License with an instrument rating from the Federal Aviation Administration in October 2012.
