Hunter Oglesby, CCIM, serves as Principal at IDM Ventures since 2021, focusing on real estate investment, development, and management. In addition, Hunter Oglesby has held the position of Site Acquisition and Development Affiliate at Blue Ridge Companies since 2021, following a role as Development Manager with the same company from 2014 to 2020.
